Niagara Wheatfield rallies to reach Section VI final

AMHERST, NEW YORK - Niagara Wheatfield scored four unanswered goals to come from behind and beat Clarence in the Section VI, Division I semifinals.

The Red Devils got on the board in the 1st period when Josh Slowinski scored at the 7:55 mark, giving Clarence the 1-0 lead.

It stayed that way until the 2nd period, when Niagara Wheatfield's Troy Pulli uncorked a deep slap shot, tying the game 1-1 at the 5:01 mark.

The game remained tied at 1-1 until the 3rd period, where the Falcons found the back of the net three times, winning 4-1.

Niagara Wheatfield advances to face Williamsville North in the Section VI, Division I finals on Monday, February 24th.
